Capita Symonds appoints Martin Segal as Development Manager, Security

Segal, who spent four years in the Israeli army during the first Gulf War, has also managed the process of developing and training of over 1000 antiterrorist security officers

His key skills include security management; loss prevention; security surveys and risk assessments; CPTED theories; anti-terrorist techniques; emergency planning and coordination; specialist searching; general security training; and physical security applications.

Martin Segal joins the company from TPS Consult – part of Carillion - where he was a Principal Consultant in the Security Services and Counter Terrorism team.

He has worked with an extensive client base including large corporations, central and local government and utility companies throughout the UK and across the world. Over the course of his career Martin has also authored a number of in-house security manuals and designed and published a number of security survey and risk assessment templates which are still in use today.
