David Alexander new chairman of Eruma

Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and burglary protection products and emergency lighting, has announced that Mr. David E. Alexander, previously a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with immediate effect

Mr. Alexander replaces Mr. Philip Barnet, who will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Director and as a member of the remuneration committee.
