LTF invests in Immune Targeting Systems
The London Technology Fund (LTF) has completed an investment in Immune Targeting Systems (ITS) Limited, a company which is developing vaccines for mutating viruses
The £3.4m investment round, the first raised by ITS, also included a syndicate of European investors including Novartis Venture Fund (Switzerland), HealthCap (Sweden) and Truffle Capital (France).
The London Development Agency will also be contributing an Exceptional Development Project award of £500,000 under the Grant for Research and Development scheme. The company will use the funding to expand its team of research scientists and move into dedicated facilities at the London BioScience Innovation Centre. www.vbresearch.com
