Taliban Capture US Helicopters Being Shipped To Afghanistan

Pakistani Taliban have captured three U.S. helicopters that were being shipped in containers from the Pakistani city of Peshawar to the Afghan city of Jalalabad according to a Pakistani newspaper

The Urdu-newspaper Roznama Jang said that the incident, which occurred a few weeks ago, was confirmed by Pakistan government officials. The paper said that U.S. officials based in Islamabad have not denied the incident, but are trying to cover it up. It added that when asked about it incident, a U.S. Embassy official said, "No comment." The three helicopters were a Chinook, a Black Hawk, and a Cobra.
